Woman Killed by Stray Bullet

A stray bullet fired in the air outside an apartment complex killed a woman standing at her fifth floor window, US police said yesterday.
The 28-year-old woman died instantly, they added.
Her husband, Golam Maola, told the New York Post newspaper he was on the telephone with relatives in Bangladesh just before midnight when he heard two shots.
"I went into the bedroom and she was lying in blood," he said.Neighbours said the shots appeared to have been fired by someone in a group of boisterous drunken men.
