Perth (Australia):
West Australian police were yet to identify two stowaways who died after hiding in an Australian-bound ship for a month.
The two surviving men, aged 32 and 22, were still undergoing medical and psychiatric tests in Perth's Fremantle Hospital, a police spokeswoman said today.Authorities were yet to interview the two survivors, believed to be Moroccans, as their English was limited, she said.
A post-mortem examination would be done on the bodies of the two men over the next couple of days, she said.
The two survivors were both emaciated when they were finally found by the crew of the 12,000 tonne Furness Karumba, which had left the Moroccan port of Laayoune about one month earlier.
