A Red Line Two-Mile Long on the Pavement
Camden Chronicle

London (UK):
Mystery surrounds a two-mile red line painted on the pavement, starting at a bus stop in Camden.
Is it art? The work of vandals? Or does it have a technical purpose? The thin red line starts at a bus ticket machine in Euston Road and is believed to run through Covent Garden and the Strand before trailing off on Victoria Embankment.
The line winds past Friends House before finally trailing off at Victoria Embankment.Camden Council bosses say the "unsightly grime" is nothing to do with them - but are hoping to catch the culprit red-handed.
Police say it is likely those responsible were caught on CCTV camera.
