Unknown Dust Found on Chicago-Area Cars

The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is investigating a mysterious powder that has been appearing on cars in the Chicago area.
I-E-P-A spokeswoman Maggie Carson says the investigation was sparked by a report from an auto-repair shop in northwest Chicago that saw several cars come in with a white, rusty dust over the past few days.
