Missing Mangalorean Still a Mystery

Family of Mohammed Faisal who went missing on January 2 from Dubai Hotel under mysterious circumstances is anxious about his well-being and safety. The Dubai police have launched a manhunt to find the missing hotel employee.Faisal's brother Farooq who had flown in from Saudi Arabia to assist in the investigation has returned to work.
Farooq had earlierrushed to Dubai amid mounting fears back home in Mangalore in the southern state of Karnataka that the worst could have happened to Faisal. Faisal had mysteriously disappeared from Al Esteqal Hotel in Al Raas, Deira along on the night January 2. An Amount of Dh 70,000 also went missing from the hotel safe the same night.
There are suspicions that it could be a case of kidnapping or even murder following the blood-stained sofa cushion, washed and kept in the kitchen cupboard, a few drops of blood under the sofa and his passport.
