Unknown Objects Hit and Damage Moving Cars

Coffee County investigators are searching for someone putting drivers in danger. Tuesday night two cars were hit and damaged by an object as they were driving along I-24. Investigators aren't sure if the cars were hit with a rock or a pellet from a bb gun.
Police in Coffee County are looking into what happened along this stretch of I-24 near Manchester. At around 6:30 Tuesday night, they say objects hit two cars driving in the eastbound lanes.
“The people were driving down the road and the window just shattered,” said Coffee County Sheriff, Steve Graves.
The object didn’t enter the cars, so officials aren’t sure exactly what the objects were.
