Suspects questioned over £50m banknotes raid

Detectives investigating Britain's biggest robbery are preparing to question two people in connection with the heist, and have confirmed that a third person has been held.
A van was found abandoned by the Hook and Hatchet pub A man, 29, and a 31-year-old woman were arrested in the Forest Hill area of south London last night by Kent Police's serious and major crime squad.
Detective announced this morning that a 41-year-old woman was also held yesterday on suspicion of handing stolen goods. She was arrested at a building society in Bromley, south London.The arrests followed Wednesday's raid on the Securitas depot in Tonbridge, Kent, in which up to £50 million was stolen by the audacious robbers.

The suspects are being held at undisclosed police stations in the Kent area and are due to be questioned today on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery.
Chief Constable Adrian Leppard, Kent Police Assistant, said the two separate addresses where the 29-year-old man and 31-year-old woman were arrested were both being "extensively searched" and subjected to forensic examination.
Kent detectives have also launched an appeal to trace the movements of what is believed to be a former Parcelforce van.
