An large amount of some unknown substance has been spotted spreading across the San Francisco Bay.
The slick on the water can be seen spreading out and drifting between Angel Island and Aquatic Park.The slick is about a mile and a half long and 100-yards wide and the U-S Coast Guard is trying to determine where it came from.
