China says it plans to prosecute eleven people, including a former blood bank director, after a blood donor infected at least 18 people with the AIDS virus.Three of them have died.Government media say the man gave blood 15 times before finding out he's H-I-V positive. The blood was given to 25 patients, apparently without being tested.
