Even as the UP government is yet to come out of the embarrassment caused by senior IPS officer D K Panda's claims about his incarnation as Radha, UP Road Transport Corporation general manager (Technical) Gyanendra Pratap Singh on Monday claimed that he was God himself.
While the government has already started processing D K Panda's request of voluntary retirement, transport minister Naresh Agarwal has ordered a probe into Singh's conduct and claims.
What connects the two officers is their strained relations with their spouses, who are fighting legal battles to seek maintenance from their husbands. Like Panda's wife, Singh's wife Seema too rejects her husband's claim and rubbishes his incarnation theory.
