What Could be Inside the Hotel Safe?

A final attempt is being made to crack a locked safe discovered during renovations on a 120-year-old hotel.A locksmith from Wellington has travelled to The Stony River Hotel in Okato, near New Plymouth.
He has attached an electronic dialling system to the lock to try to crack the combination.Hotel Manager Sarah MacGregor says it is his second attempt, after the first try was cut short last month. She says unfortunately he will have to start from the top again.
The code cracking began on Thursday, and with Ms MacGregor hopes that with a bit of luck, the right code will be found by tomorrow.
Meanwhile, speculation is running rife as to what is locked up in the seemingly un-crackable safe. Ms MacGregor says there are all sorts of theories as to what could be inside.She says if this weekend's attempts fail, the safe will be left locked.
