London (UK):
Police said on Sunday they wanted to speak to a black man in his early thirties over the fire bombing of three Asian-run shops in south London which has resulted in the death of one man.
Scotland Yard said they considered the three attacks to be linked and that they were thought to be racially motivated.
The attacks all occurred in the last three weeks, with the third in Clapham Road on Thursday, April 27 resulting in the death of Khizar Hayat.
Hayat was unable to get out of the store as the back door was locked and he was declared dead on arrival at hospital.
"In each case, the shopkeepers and owners have been unable to give any motive for the attacks," Detective Superintendent Richard Heselden said in a statement.
"There would not appear to be any connection between the businesses involved. In the absence of any identifying motive, we are treating these offences as racial incidents.
