The celebrity, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was staying in the seaside town while attending a pro-celebrity golf tournament at St. Andrews in October 2004. While visiting a hotel spa for relaxation, he allegedly cast aside the towel covering him during his treatment and started pleasuring himself, just moments before his wife went in for a massage with the same therapist.
