Safeek Shooting Baffles Police

Police are still trying to ascertain the motive behind the recent shooting of GuyFlag Chief Executive Officer, Joshua Safeek by unknown gunmen while he was in a vehicle on the La Penitence Public Road.
But sources said it would appear that Safeek, who is at the centre of an investigation into a $400M insurance scam, was shot over some private matter. He has been unavailable to comment on the shooting and according to police sources he has said that he does not know the gunmen.
Detectives have since traced the car the gunmen used to an Anira Street, Queenstown resident. The car, according to police, was stolen on January 1.
