Mystery continued to surround the extent of Rangers striker Dado Prso's injury last night as Alex McLeish gathered his downtrodden squad for tomorrow's Champions League clash against FC Porto in Portugal.
There is still confusion over the nature of Prso's ailment, suffered against Celtic at Parkhead on Saturday, to the extent that Rangers still haven't been able to issue a simple statement clarifying the health, or otherwise, of the Croatian striker.
The Prso situation is one of a raft of worries now facing McLeish. To add to his woes, Thomas Buffel was also ruled out last night from having any chance of facing Porto.Prso, who has had a recurring knee problem, complained about pain around his hamstring area, having walked off the Parkhead pitch so quickly and suddenly on Saturday that McLeish and Rangers scarcely had time to prepare a substitute.Last night, more than 48 hours after Prso's setback, Rangers insisted they still weren't able to issue a medical bulletin on the striker's health.
