Dogs Beware!

Bangalore, Karnataka (India):
Bull dogs, Boxers, Cocker Spaniels, Dalmations, Irish Setters, Dobermans, Daschunds, Labradors, German Shepherds, Pugs and lot more pedigree dogs are missing from several homes across the city in the past few days.
While a few police stations have accepted complaints and filed FIRs, several others dismiss them as petty.
Sample this: Priya, a student from Basavanagudi, says she lost her two-month-old puppy which was playing outside her house.
"It was a Labrador.We wanted to keep him away from the five-year-old we already have. He was quite secure in the garden, but our neighbours say a group of men took her in a car and fled," she said.
"When we told the police they all laughed. They told us about more 'serious complaints' they are dealing with and we came back without lodging a complaint. We are still searching for our pup.." Many others in the area share the same woe.
