Wolfman Is Linked To Sex Attacks

Glasgow (UK):
Suspected serial killer Robert "Wolfman" Howard is being investigated over a string of sex crimes.
Strathclyde Police have been re-examining unsolved attacks on young women during the 1990s when he was living in Glasgow.
Police in Durham, Kent, Northern Ireland and the Metropolitan force have also re-opened files on Howard, who may have killed as many as 15 women.
Charges that Howard raped a schoolgirl in 1988 were dropped at a Belfast court last week. He fled Northern Ireland in 1995 after IRA threats over sex attacks on females of all ages. One of his victims was a six-year-old girl.
He lived in Drumchapel but was hounded out by locals and later moved to London. A Strathclyde police source said:
"Howard is in the mould of child killer Robert Black, someone preys on his victims and can't go any time without re-offending.
"Howard is serving a life sentence for the murder of 14year-old Hannah Williams from Deptford, London, in 200225
