Third man in court over suitcase killing

A third man has appeared in the Auckland District Court in relation to the body in the suitcase murder of 19-year-old Chinese student Wan Biao.
He was arrested last night and charged with kidnapping and being an accessory after the fact.
Yesterday two 21-year-olds appeared facing various charges.
The man was granted interim name suppression, which will expire in one week.He was remanded in custody and will reappear in court with his co-accused in late June.
Police still want to speak to a group of about four women, who were on the corner of Wellesley and Elliott Streets in the central city at around 3.30am on Good Friday.
