Two Cases of Women Awaking to Find Strange Men in Bedrooms

Two Fairfax County women got quite a surprise early Monday. Each woke up and discovered strange men in their bedrooms.The first incident happened around 2:50 this morning in Fairfax Station. According to police, a young woman living on Jumet Court found two men in her bedroom going through her jewelry box. When they realized the woman was awake, they took off.Then, about 40-minutes later, a woman in a home on Darkwood Circle in Centreville found a strange man in her bedroom. She screamed and he ran.Fairfax County police spokesman Officer Bud Walker says no one was hurt in either case, and that investigators don't think the incidents are connected. He also says there haven't been any similar incidents of late.
